They demolished a mobile home, called, showed up later the same day to look over the job. He took pictures and measured the home to be demolished. They called with a price, I told him I waiting for another bid, that I would get back to him. The other guy was much higher. I called high grade back within a few days, they emailed me the contract, and i sent them a down payment (50%), they showed up 3 days later and about 8 20 ton dumptruck loads later, the home and all its contents are gone. Would use his company in the future.
